Leaving the Lake

Clear the Decks! | 32mm, f/4.8, 1/60 sec, ISO 200

The last few days of gloomy, cold weather have left me not wanting to take my camera around too much, so needless to say, I haven’t taken many new photos. I need to make myself get out and find beauty and interesting things in the cold. I’m sure they’re there. I just need to work a little harder to uncover them.

I took this one right before we left the lake over the Thanksgiving holidays. Obviously, we need to blow the leaves off, but in the meantime, it provides a nice pile to hold my camera down on the level of the deck floor and snap a shot.
